On foot or using a taxi:
For better access to Ballroom halls, enter the meeting venue by the WTC Tower, at Avenida das Nações Unidas, 12.551 and take the yellow elevator to Floor C. Ballroom halls will be beside it.

By car:
Park underground, head for any elevator and go up to Ground Floor. Head to the WTC Tower foyer to access the yellow elevator to Floor C. Ballroom halls will be beside it.

Rates must consider 5% on services tax (ISS) and R$ 10,00 on tourist tax;

Cancellations can be requested without charge within 24h in advance of arrival date;
In case of non-attendance in which the reservation remains active, a daily fee is charged as penalty;
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to send credit card information as a reservation guarantee;
Payments may be made in advance by bank deposit or authorization for debits on card, or directly at the hotel through credit and debit cards or cash payment.
Those fees are not fluctuating, but are subject to restriction without prior notice (and may be unavailable);
Discount code: The hotel requests attendees to identify themselves as NIC.br December event participants (NICDEZ Code) to be able to enjoy the special fee.
